When taking a hair follicle test does marajuana show up in your system if your around it but don't do it?

im applying for a job and i have to take a drug test. ive been around it occasionaly. will it show up?

A hair follicle drug test measures the drug molecules and their specific metabolites that are produced only after the drug has been processed by the human body. After the drug is processed, trace amounts of its metabolites are inserted into hair follicle by the bloodstream. Usually, the person/persons testing the urine sample are able to tell the difference between first and second hand smoke. So, even if they were to find that in the urine sample, they are most likely able to see whether or not it was taken first hand or the person was just around it.
