There have been a multitude of studies on this and as far as I can see the results are pretty much 5-10% chance of conceiving twins.  That is aside from your 4% chance of conceiving twins (fraternal or identical) in a normal, non-clomid cycle.  So depending on how you look at it... it's either not very high or significantly different??!!  When I asked my OB/GYN he said he has just delivered some Clomid twins that morning!  But then I have taken Clomid for both pregnancies and only produced 1 egg each time so consequently singletons and I have 6 friends who took clomid and no twins amongst them.  Good luck in getting what you want!
