Not necessarily, I have said that to men whom I respect and who I think are honestly good to their wives.  I have said that to be nice.  I am happily married and just because I would tell someone that I think their wife is lucky, doesn't mean I want the guy.  In your situation, I don't know if the lady is married or the context of the situation, so maybe, but she also may just be paying you a compliment.   There are A LOT of scummy men out there, maybe she just recognized that you are a decent guy and really thinks your wife is lucky to have a good husband.

well it could possibly mean that it depends what she did before and after, if she flirted then yes probably, but if she didn't that it could have been something different like if she was single maybe she meant that your wife is lucky to have someone already and maybe this lady at work really wants to settle down.
