When the Govt. is likely to implement the Pay Commission.?

Govt. is delaying the implementation of the Pay Commission report. Someone please tell me the status of the Committee formed by the Govt. to look the grivenancies of the employees, whether committee submitted its report to the govt or not?

  1. From September this year. The Indian Finance Minister was positive about that in the Annual Budget this year.
