When the US government requires it, will you be willing to be micro-chipped?

In May of 2008 the government of the USA is said to pass legislation calling for everyone to become micro-chipped with an RFID... Are you willing and will you let this happen? How do we stop this from happening?

  3. NEVER. I would move out of the country rather than have something that could cause cancer put under my skin. If they did it by force, I would carve a huge hunk of my arm off to remove it myself. Anyone who has $350. can by a hand held device and read the chip from afar, so ID theft will be at its highest level.

    We stop it from happening by voting in Ron Paul.

  9. It's your body your right to decided what will be put in you or not. The government has no right to do that. I can't even find my dog let alone being micro chipped

  10. The government was established to serve the people of the US.  If the people don't want this to occur then the Gov't should give more thought about passing this law. In my case, you touch me I'll hurt you !!!!!!!!!!

  11. Take one thing into consideration, look at the crappy technology, the viruses, the hackers and all the security leaks and problems the men behind the curtain have with computers. Do you honestly think they can control a chip in everyone's body. One hacker and the whole system die

  13. Wouldn't bother me.  Maybe if they did that people would stop stealing our idenity.  Think it is a good idea.

  15. This is unlikely to happen in the near future. The American public is (hopefully) too smart to get tricked into doing it.

    If it did happen, this would be my final straw here in the US. I'd immediately move myself and my family to another nation. There is no way I'm going to let them insert a microchip in me so we can all become a Big Brother society.

  20. Sounds like paranoia to me. We don't even have a national id card. If any such bill comes up I will do what I aways do, write my congress people and tell them that if they vote for the bill I won't vote for them.

    To stop it from happening, I'd say speak to your congress person.  But I think most people will voluntarily go for it, for their own safety.  Think of how many missing persons there are!  That would come to a sudden end, wouldn't it!

  27. The short answer is no.  Hopefully, the American people will wake up before that happens.  There is some indication that they are beginning to wake up now.

    For those of you who answered yes, will you be willing to sacrifice your first born child when the US government requires it?

  28. This is a paranoid government watchdog group, there is no legal way the congress or any branch of the government can require tracking devices place in or on citizens without cause, it's unconstitutional, and even the most conservative supreme court justice would overturn it.
