When the asbo team fail what next what can i do about neighbours from h**l who know how to play the system ?

we have had a family from h**l move in next to us you know the type single beer swigging f*g in mouth mother who doesn't give a **** for any body or any thing we are currently filling in a asbo complaint diary (again) they have broken rules in there tenancy agreement but the asbo team seem to be on there side what further action can we take to get this problem they have been through seven properties in 10 years and all ways so sorry in the right place only for it to continue the same day they leave **** evey where graffiti painted on walls serious answers only please thanks

Yep,been there,done that and got the T-shirt. I trust you will vote BNP from now on so we can get Britain back to normal. I did the diaries etc but what worked best was sueing the housing people on health and safety lines. They have to make sure we are healthy and safe. If you mop a floor,put a sign up because if I slip and fall,I can sue. Broken glass means cuts,pain and a lawsuit. Where theres blame theres a claim.Also lodge complaints with the environment agency for noise pollution and littering. Also, as a last resort-go see some hard arses in town, cut £200 in half and ask them to sort out your neighbour. After job is done give them the other half.I went to the cops and I ended up being warned!! Can't trust the law anymore. We need to rewind back to a more sensible time.The Law Lords live in posh mansions away from us mere mortals and make up stupid rules.The council only cares about not being branded rascist and being politically correct. Vote them out! Tell them so too.Remind them that their time is limited. I told them exactly how I felt and refused to be intimidated by them.I video taped the ar$eholes so I had evidence.Every broken glass,every bit of graffiti,everything. I went on a mission.We made it unbearable for them.Be prepared to resort to violence if necessary but do not get caught because you will see swift injustice.British culture.More culture in a yognog.

if you have tried all other avenues and all else has failed then give them a taste of their own medicine (without implicating yourself of course).

far be it from me to condone any act of wilfull aggression on either YA or anywhere else but if the law and council is failing you then what else can you do?

desperate situations call for desperate solutions.

maybe a phone-call or two is in order.

im sorry for you ive been in the same situation (still am) i and other neighbours filled those diaries in day after day what happened? absolutely zilch-you may have no other option than to move (if you can) believe me i wish i could. Get them on tape get in touch with your mp write to the papers thats all i can think of-good luck x

If it's Council property I know for a fact that they take very little notice of diaries etc. Threaten the Council with an Injunction as they are in breach of their Statutory Duty of Care by failing to make their tenants abide by the Tenancy Agreement. I don't think an ASBO will solve the problem, they either ignore them or wear them as a badge of honour. I feel truly sorry for you. Write to the Chief Executive of the Council, or Housing Association telling them what you intend to do.

sympathies with you, I went through 5 years of h**l with antisocial neighbours and it took me 3 years to get moved [rented property]

the kids smashed my cars, broke my caravan windows, threw c**p onto house windows every day, threw stones off windows etc., it was actually 2 families and every time I went to see parents they would always deny that their kids would have done this, I complained to police and to the housing assoc. countless times.  I lost weight and suffered deep depression because of this.

eventually I got moved to a nicer place, I go over the h**l and I can tell you that I got "friends" to smash the evil dooers cars and had their windows put out a few times, I have always been a conformist and never been in trouble with police, but I got revenge and i have no regrets, they say crime dosnt pay, but in my case it did, I wish you luck coz I was a victim and had to fight on my own.  I just want to add that i think in my case the parents should have been fined for all the damage their brats caused, because at the end of the day, the kids did it because they could.

i am in the same situation. we have three families who have moved in recently, and now the street is a living h**l. mini motor bikes roaring up and down the streets, out of control  six to ten year old Brats screaming and shouting until eleven, some times twelve at night. and all of us now have had to put locks on our sheds and green houses. this used to be such a lovely friendly place to live. asbo's and social workers are a f*cking joke. and the police are an even bigger waste of time. the human rights activists should be strung up by their scrawny wrinkled middle class knecks for the social misery they have caused the people of Britain.
