I've never known anyone make a come back the first time playing after a knee surgery.

tiger woods has a good chance of coming back to win the US open, he made a huge eagle putt with 6 ft of break and a chip in and just made eagle on the 18th. to put it simple, tiger can do anything with a golf club

Yeah...the majority of the time, he's able to produce the goods.  (30% of the time is astronomical by golf standards.)
