When the medals are being given, whats the name of the music in the background?

I know the actual song it starts out as, "茉莉花 (Mo Li Hua)" translating to "Jasmine Flower," although in the middle, it turns into the epic medal ceremony song that I'm not really familiar with.  I think it's just a modified version of 茉莉花.
