  2. Im 99% sure its the Speaker of the House.

  3. The whole Congress.

An impeachment is simply calling someone to trial, and for the president to be impeached, it simply means that he is accused of some illegal form of action by Congress.

It is Congress that decides the outcome of the trial.

  4. The Congress?

  5. Do your own homework.  It is right in the US Constitution.  If you actually read the Constitution like you are supposed to you will find the answer.

Hey Daniel, I'm not a book nerd, I'm an American.  Are you an American?  If you are it is your duty to know the US Constitution.
