  1. Mostly yes, except for the very far Arctic or Antarctic.  And of course if clouds or mountains get in the way.

    If you're really picky, a "full moon" is  only an instant of time, so only about 1/2 the world can see it.  The other 1/2  will see it as much as 12 hours later, but by then it's not exactly a full moon.

  4. It can be seen at virtually all locations on the earth, but at different actual times. For example, if I see the full moon just above the horizon at 8 PM, then someone in Mongolia will also see it at 8PM - his time - which is really 12 hours later.

  5. we wouldnt be able to see it all at the same time of course because when its daytime on one side of the world its night on the other. :-)

  7. Sorry guys but if you know where to look and there's no clouds you CAN see the moon at noon;) if you're standing on the part of earth that's facing it.

  8. no really cause other states and countries dont have a full moon because there on a diffrent side or diffrent place where they cant see.

    When it is over you ,it cannot be seen on the other side of the earth.
