When there will be a new prison break season?

I'm italian and i love prison break! here it is finishing the third season. Is it true that will be a spin-off for prison break? I think that is stupid! ok, blessed are you that create some film so wonderful as prison break, the italian's film are sick!!! We watch only AMERICAN' FILM. BYE BYE

In North America the 4th Season premieres on September 1st, but I don't know when it airs in Italy.  You can watch it online anytime after September 1st though.

I don't think the spin-off is for sure yet, but it is very likely.  It will be called Prison Break: Cherry Hill, and about a woman in prison.  I personally think it's stupid to have a spin-off also, so I hope they throw away that idea.  Prison Break's awsome just the way it is.
