When they say 15% of drivers change their clothes while driving?

Do they really mean they change their entire outfit or is it something like, you take your jacket off while driving? I think it has to be the later because I don't see that many people being indiscriminate about flashing the drivers around them.

What they meant was 95% of drivers who are parked in the dark take their clothes off!!  Whoever is doing the driving is up to them!!  LOL

It makes me glad I don't have to drive in "their" neighborhood.

From what I have read, some will just change a shirt, tie or jacket but at the same time there are many people that will change their entire outfit.
