  1. yes 60k, but lets say you just picked this car up yesterday and have no idea weather the last owner took care of her. id say if you can take a look at a new replacement timing belt and compare. if yours looks worn, it is. look for cracks and fraying. minor cracks can be ignored but length wise cracks indicate a worn belt.
