Question:

When to drink Muscle Milk?

It says that I should drink a serving before a workout, after a workout, and before I sleep. So is three servings really necessary for one day. I was thinking just after a workout and before bed.

  1. Drink after you workout.  

    Make sure you eat a few more meals with protein sources, chicken, fish, etc.


  2. i drink it one hour before and straight after then again just before bed to keep anabolic through the night the tub has a great list of instructions on  

  3. You have just been introduced to the World of suggestive marketing. At face value the statement of using three servings a day is correct to insure you are getting in plenty of protein and EFA's.

    However, I would not use the MM before a workout. I would use a plain Whey protein.

    After a workout is great, before bed I again would not use the MM. MM has too much fat and carbs for me to use before bed. A better choice is a Protein Blend of Whey( Fast Digesting) and Casein( Medium) and Egg Albumin (Slow) to use before bed so that you feed your muscles throughout the night.
