When to start taking Evening Primrose Oil?

I just bought a bottle of EPO capsules,

but I'm not sure when to start taking it.

Do I start taking it the first day of my period?

Will I see better quality egg white cervical mucus the month I begin?

Any experiences?

As above, take it from day 1 of your cycle to the day of ovulation. I get about 5 days of EWCM and I take it. However, I take 3000mg a day and have been for the past three years (recommended by my GP for a breast lump) so this dose is OK.

Yes, start taking it on CD1, the start of your period and continue to do so daily until you ovulate. They say don't take it for any longer as the EPO can cause mild contractions in the uterus that wouldn't do an implanting baby any favours!

I intend to take it when my cycle stabilises a little. Mine are sitting right here on my desk and are 100mg per capsule. I've heard that taking 2000mg is the optimum ammount for increasing EWCM. Hopefully you'll see improvements as many women have reported this does wonders for them!
