When to try again after a miscarriage?

Would it be safe to try to concieve after 1 menstrual cycle with past miscarriage? I'd appreciate any similar experiences. Thanks

My sister became pregnant less than a month after a miscarriage and now has a beautiful healthy baby boy. The biggest thing is to be sure that you are ready emotionally to move on after such a loss. Good luck to you.

my personal i prefer 3 months, give body adjust back to normal and start a fresh one.
