What kind of things are done every day? I figured you do strenuous training every day, but the Navy Seal getting ready books say that you should only do physical (resistance or weight) training on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday...

  1. yes, and at night, too!

  2. No you do not do PT every day..Once you reach a certain point in your training it becomes alot different then the first few months..

It is impossible to do PT each and every day..Your body would not last long by doing that..

You have many classes to attend also..

  3. yep - resistance or weight training every other day ---

leaves lots of exercises to do the OTHER 4 days of the week.

don't expect to get Sundays off.

  4. Most people don't realize that they also train in baking and sewing.

  5. Run ten miles a day, sit-ups, push-ups, calesthenics and SWIM LIKE A FREAKIN FISH every single day....  And I emphasize, SWIM LIKE A FISH!!!!!

  6. There are different kinds of training other than physical but for the most part yes...don't worry they've got this down pat. It's a tried and true training schedule...it will only hurt for a while.
