When traveling on a Princess cruise, does at least one guest have to be 21 years of age?

NO!  

As a matter-of-fact, Princess is one of the only cruise lines I know that will allow guest to book at 18 years of age!  They do not have a requirement that at least one guest be 21 years old.

However, you must be 21 years old to drink.

I just called Princess to make sure that I remembered correctly, and they re-confirmed that they will allow 18 year-olds on their own!
