This may be a silly question, but I'm traveling from the United States to South Korea and I'm planning on purchasing a new computer. Is there anything I would need to add or obtain to get this computer to connect to the internet in Korea? Any regional blocks that would prevent me from connecting to the internet?

  3. no. you don't need anything special. you just need the usual... lan wire (that is working ie has a service provider), a wireless card if you want to use free wireless access at cafes such as starbucks or "the coffee bean"
