Well you said it correctly, "can end..." but as an inexperienced traveller be careful, theres also many legitimate massage places/footwash shops with good looking girls too. I suggest you look for hairdressers that have 2 or 3 girls and a very small front room where the actual hairwash takes place but obviously have backrooms.
