I am interested in toning up and getting some definition in my muscles while still staying lean. I have been going to to gym and using the weight machines. I have heard that doing fewer reps with more weight is better than more reps with less weight, but I have also heard that the opposite is true. I dont want to get big and bulky so which method will be most effective for getting the toned and lean look I am after?
