i have recently been working out because a fried of mines told me that when your trying to conceive its best to try and loose so weight and i am a little over. So i started doing taebo and Pilate's in the morning along with jogging 2 miles. eating healthy and drinking lots of water... i take one a day weight smart which contains 400mg of Folic acid and then i take a folic acid dietary supplement that has 800 mg. is this to much?
