When trying to download from yahoo jukebox, I get error code 401, access denied, anyone know why?

It charges my credit card so yes, I do actually purchase the song, but it won't download, it just keeps saying: Network error, code 401 access denied. or something like it. Help!

Yahoo customer care doesn't seem to resond to me.

Dude, the server is saying your id/password is not authorized. You are going to need Yahoo to resolve this issue.
