When trying to finalize my disc on camcorder it says disc error ? how can i somehow keep what i´ve recorded ?

really important images dont want to loose them , i can watch them on the camcorder but thats it , not tecnically minded at all , so if there is a solution please could you keep it simple.

could i take it to some sort of video shop to sort out ????
