When trying to understand the importance of experience in how we think, what topic is paramount in your mind?

In other words what philosophy Q would you ask when you think about the role of experience in human thought! Pls Try to pose a single focused Q that is not too broad, that later we can explore by asking even more specific Q's in philosophy!

How accurate are our experiences in relating to us the nature of the real world?  On the one hand, our sensory nervous system is all we have to inform us of any outside world, so it is nonsense to be a total skeptic about our experiences.  There wouldn't be any mind without experience.  But it is interesting to ponder how much we can actually know about the true nature of the universe, given that we rely on an imperfect system...ourselves.

Maybe What is the nature of experience? Exactly what is experiencing what? This is difficult because it is so broad & one answer naturally leads to another Q. Thanks.
