When trying to use my Yahoo Groups it keeps telling me to add a NEW Profile?

In Yahoo Groups I can not access . Yahoo keeps stating I must enter a NEW Profile. I try to do this using the profile I have used for Years. Yahoo states it is in use... YES IT IS MY PROFILE. Why can't I now still use it?

I'm not sure how to answer your original question.  But the best way to contact Yahoo Groups Customer Support is to go to http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/groups/... and fill out the form there.

Delete your entire profile, and then re-enter it from scratch. You won't have any more problems (unless Yahoo messes with their system again).
