in the NBA, no.  But almost any bank in America will give them a loan until they sign there contract. In Europe, yes. That is one of the big draws right now, they will pay for your housing, car and you don't have to pay taxed on  your income.  Plus there economy is so much stronger making the money they can pay seem like even more.

depends if you got signed.. if you signed you can choose an apartment, a condo or house.. just to be near in your training facility..
