When u edit photos on a mac,?

how do u put words on the picture?

It has nothing to do with whether you have a Mac or a PC.  It has to do with what photo editing software you are using. If in Photoshop, you use the text tool.  You click on that, then you can format color and size, etc.  It automatically creates a new layer, so you can use the move tool to place the text you created wherever you want it. When done, you flatten the layer.  But not knowing what software you are using, it's hard to say.
