  1. After just a week my bowels were functioning so well and I was regular. Great for my digestive system. That was probably because of all the fiber in the plant foods I was eating.

  2. This is my first week, and I feel great.  I work 3rd shift and haven't wanted to fall asleep once during work.  My bowels are working great, and I'm not gassy anymore.  I know TMI, but you did ask. :)

  3. Awesome, I felt happy with myself and I have been feeling this way ever since!

  4. Healthy and Proud.

I grew a lot. I've been vegetarian for almost a year and I've honestly never felt better. I feel good knowing that I'm not contributing to the slaughter of animals. Either way, being vegetarian is awesome and I feel great! :)

  5. Great, always. Less sluggish and in a better mood.

  6. nothing cuz i never did...

    and i think its stupid

  7. i felt better about myself as a person and i also got rid of dry skin, although i still have acne but that genetic (only a Little :) now) but yeah that's going away too!

  8. i got skinnier my face cleared up and it felt great but then i got too skinny and i was  sick i went to a doctor and i had to go back because i was hurting my self but it may work for you it didn't for me

  9. i felt healthy

  10. Haha well...

Before I tell you my story don't think it's what happens to everyone. It's what happens to people who don't research and study the diet.

I went insanely pale after 6 days, was dizzy a lot, had heaps bad stomach pains, felt and look disgusting and stuff haha. I was an idiot.

This was because I didn't plan and didn't know what to eat so i lived of fruit and sandwich s. Don't make my mistake.

If you do it right you will be fine.

  11. I have IBS, so I felt better within a few days.

The problem is now, that I have to watch my weight :(

  12. did it for a year and felt awful, i do not recommended it

  13. I felt great right after, and not just physically.  I knew I was doing something that would help animals which made me feel great emotionally too.

The only problem I'm still having is that I eat a lot of sugar so sometimes I still feel kind of sluggish.

Just be really careful going vegan, you need to know what you're doing or you can get really sick.  My sister was vegan for a while and she had to go back to being vegetarian because she wasn't doing it properly.

You should read some vegan books, skinny bi*ch is supposed to be sooooo good.

    Good luck :)

  14. after going vegetarian i felt healthy. when i went vegan six months later i started to get fatigued a bit easily and things like that. but i just didn't make enough of a point to eat enough or take my multivitamins.

over all i felt a lot healthier. i just felt cleaner.

  15. I have been a vegan for 3 years, ITS AMAZING! I dont feel guilty when eating foods now, this is the best life! and so healthy

  16. I felt proud of myself.

  17. Your mouth is nature's proof that we are allowed to eat meat.  Herbivores, such as deer, have flat teeth which have the function of grinding fibrous material.  Carnivores, such as lions, have large, sharp teeth which tear meat from bone.  Our mouths have grinders and incisors, meaning that we have been equipped by nature to eat EVERYTHING.

Get some protein in your diet.  Don't buy into anthropomorphism.  Animals are not your friend, they are your food or entertainment at best, and your predator at worst.

  18. I've been one for almost 10 years. It's great. I do not remember how indigestion feels anymore and I never have that sleppiness people get after having a Thanksgiving dinner. I do need to take vitamins though. I forgot once for a month and my hair was thinning, so make sure to take a multi vitamin with B6, B12, and iron.
