When u go to fill ur cavitys can the dentist put u to sleep even though he gave u something to numb the tooth?

no, at least not at my dentist.

but dont worry, the put pre-numbing gel to ease the pain of the shots. i literally just got it done about an hour ago. the first shot was like if you bit your tongue, the second, like a small nothing, and the third nothing. it doesnt hurt at all. but i dont know if you'll be getting three shots. i only had one cavity on my bottom right mouler. good luck!
