I personally feel my body shift slightly when I go upside down, but it doesn't feel bad or anything.  At first I was afraid of going upside down because I could see myself go upside down, but I solved that by closing my eyes and slowly opening them each time I rode an upside-down roller coaster.  Now, upside-down roller coasters are my favorite!

You can definatly tell your not on flat hard ground. If the coaster goes really fast (most likely it does to propell you through the loop corkscrew ect.) but its just like force pushing on you.Upside down rides are Fun so dont worry and have fun (:

Yes, I feel it. I went on this one rollercoaster, and all it was was like this big loop, and they held you at the top for like 2 whole minutes, like three different times, and I felt it majorly - I was like holding myself up these bars they had there, and the next day my arms were like killing me. But if it is just a norma rollercoaster with a loop and it goes really fast, you feel it , but you are going so fast that it is over before you have time to freak out.
