When u grow do ur muscles grow with u do u look thinner?

Like say i grow 2 inches in height will my muscles look smaller u know like when u grow what actually happens ur bones grow longer? how does the process work does fat go away naturally like what happens

  1. Yes, you will start to look thinner in comparison to when you were shorter.  

    As your bones lengthen and you grow taller, the same amount of muscle mass is spread over a longer distance, thus, it will make you look thinner than before.  

    That's why people who are tall need more muscle mass to look as buff as someone who has the same muscle mass, but is shorter.

    Many basketball players have quite a bit of muscle mass, but due to their large height they appear fairly thin.

  2. I'm thinking that your muscles will also stretch and grow and you will get stronger. I haven't read up on that, but that's what i would think.

    When your body gets longer it shows less fat because the fat kind of disappears. Ok, I don't know how to explain this. When someone is overweight and they're short it shows more. But if someone is overweight and tall you don't see it because it's proportioned with their body unless it's an excess amount of extra wight. Your muscles will still be there depending on how much you work out.
