When u paint ur house?

do u have to talk off the other paint and if u do how waould u even do that? and oh yea how about the framework? and how can u take off wallpaper easily?

Painting is a fast, effective and inexpensive way to decorate. Re painting walls is easy-for painting over dark colours -apply a primer paint first.

Removing wallpaper is easy-use very warm water in a bucket half full and add 2-3 oz's of white vinegar-it works well. Use a rag or a sponge and apply a "healthy amount" of the vinegar water to the wall paper-let it set for a for a few Min's -use a paint scrapper to remove the wall paper.
