i mean in tennis, u mostly use ur arms and legs, right? that doens't mean only THOSE parts will tone up, will it? woudltn' it also contribute to abs and glutes and other body parts?
also, since u only use the arm that u play with, will that mean u can end up with one arm being flabby and the other really nice looking??? 0_0 sorry if im being a little paranoid haha THANKS!!! ^^
