When u put a black light to the floor green spots show up is it mice pee?

i might have mice in my basement i have a room that has carpit in it and i turned on a black light on and the rug had lime green spots on it wut is it

Could be.  Could also be a lot of other things (see link).

Rodents usually run along walls.  If your lines are there, put out some traps and see what happens.

I don't know if you have a cat, or not. But I do know that cat urine is florescent.

It's probably not possible to determine if in fact the spots are mouse urine, however the green spots do indicate some biological waste of some sort -- urine or blood for example. Could be recent or old.

Set mouse traps if you feel you have mice, clean up the biological staining, and do some exclusion work on your house to prevent mice from getting in.
