  1. Listen to music, talk to someone about it, sleep, eat...


  2. Vent to someone who is willing to listen!

    Try to do something calming- lay on bed, listening to music I like.

    Increasing levels of endorphins too- eating chocolate or exercising!

    Going for a walk or run i good too, relaxes the muscles as well!

  6. Honestly , if I am at work I go to the bathroom and wash my hands of the situation... Literally and figuratively. This gets me out of the "moment" so that I don't explode. It also allows me to think about how to handle the situation.

    My approach at home is different:

    If I can't resolve whats making me angry ... I get on Yahoo answers and start answering questions... The harder the better. Within minutes my mind is off my problem.Somehow dwelling on something other than my anger  makes my anger greatly decrease. Try it !

    Of course you could always ask for advice on what's making you angry. Your sure to get lots of "help"

  8. I come home,and put on a dvd of a comedy show to get a laugh and calm down before I end up doing something stupid.
