When upgrading from a free fantasy football league it says ... team 24.99 league 124.99. How much is it really

Does it cost the 124.99 plus 24.99 per team or a one time fee of 124.99 or how the heck does it work?

The 24.99 is for a team you plan on entering into a public league.  So if you go in and join an existing public league expect to pay 24.99 for your first team and half of that for any more teams you create.  If you are starting a custom league with friends then you pay 124.99 for the whole league and you can have up to 20 teams in the league.  A few years back a group of 12 of my friends got together and did a custom league in plus and split the cost.  However, the commissioner is the one who pays the 124.99 up front.
