When using an airsoft grenade in an airsoft match how are u suppose to get it back after throwing it?

I always wondered about this.....

  the best thing to do is just use the grenade without the bbs or exterior

shells and tape the hammer to the grenade and make it very brightly colored thats what we do. or use string to tie the hammer to the grenade and when you lose your pin just use a pink zip tie and make a lop to simulate a pin and stay low buddy
