  1. I am surprised your deductable doesn't cover it.


  2. you must satisfy the deductable before repairs are done and yes anytime they pay out on you for whatever reason your rates will go up

  3. It depends on where the dents came from.  If they occurred when you hit something, then it could make your rates go up because it would be covered under your collision coverage.  If they are from hail or rocks, etc hitting your car, then it may be under your comprehensive coverage.  Most companies don't hold comprehensive claims against you.
