When using my DVD player, the TV keeps switching to the AV2 channel. How can I stop this?

Our TV is a Grundig, and the DVD player is a Toshiba SD-220E. Sky uses the AV2 channel, and the DVD player uses the AV1 channel.

Normally I would have sky on AV1 and DVD on AV2.

Check the a.v configuration but what controls the automatic switch over is pin 8 of the scart plug. If you are stuck and don't want anything to switch over automatically you can always disconnect the wire of pin 8 scart. This would mean the set would remain in terrestrial mode until the required a.v input selected manually.
