When using sites like lime wire what types of files do you have to share?

I'm aware that the music site 'Lime Wire' is a file sharing site.

Are the music files from my windows media player the only files I'll be "sharing"? Or will my original music also be shared?

Limewire isn't a site, it's an application and you don't have to share anything.

You can set which folders you want to share in the Options menu.

By default, (I think) Limewire creates a new blank folder in My Documents which is empty at the start, called My Downloads (again, I don't use Limewire, I use Cabos),

Fish around in the settings panel to find out.

Drag and drop the files you want to share into that Folder. It can be anything you want..videos, pictures (hopefully not of yourself or friends) or music.
