When using yahoo pool, can I just play myself as an opponet as opposed to playing with another user?

Sure , just click on create table , check practice table, and play against yourself. You can move the balls anywhere you like just by clicking on them. So you can even play any game you like that way. Of course if you wanna play 9 ball or 7 ball or something you'll have to rack them yourself.
