Actually,  that is supposedly what a woman feels.  Of course, it depends on the vampire movie.  If one just rips into her throat then obviously no,  but like in the Dracula movies.... yes, it's assumed to be a highly erotic experience.

Blame Bram Stoker and Queen Victoria.

The whole neck biting bit was a substitute for the actual s*x act,a topic rarely discussed in Victorian times. If you read Stoker's novel,especially with the weird sisters who seduce and attack Jonathan Harker before The Count breaks up the festivities,it's pretty obvious what's going on here.
