  1. Sadly the Judge ordered it and your "friend" can be thrown in jail.  Too bad, the child would be better off without him

  2. No, he doesn't have to, but the other parent is required to have the child avail if its court ordered, should he decide to.

  3. I am not an attorney, But I've never heard of someone being forced into visitation, Usually it is a right, that the co-parent has, not an obligation. If this father chooses not to see his child, then he shouldn't see the child. It would probably end up being traumatic to the child, and he wouldn't be seeing the child for the right reasons. Just because he is the child's father does in no way make him a daddy. I feel sorry for your friend, I hope that someday he won't regret this decision, when it's too late. In this instance, The child is truly better off not to see this person.

  4. Nope

  5. NO if you gave up all your right then he has no business to see the child he doesnot deserve to see this chid!!!!!!

    loser

  6. Seems to me like there should not be a question of whether or not he wants to see his child. I think the question should be : how does giving up rights of a child effect the child in the future? I think once the focus on the child first (who had no choice who the parents were), and the parents (who created the situation) maybe the thinking will be more clear about how to address the situation. The bottom line is: any child needs parents, and any visitation is better than nothing.

  7. LOSER doesn't even begin to describe your "friend." If he is worried that he might be FORCED to see his child, then he should NOT see him!
