After the 2nd mile I have trouble with extreme swelling and redness in my hands and fingers. There is also slight numbness and pain in them. Am I doing something wrong and is there a way to keep this from happening?

  1. I'm not entirely sure that's normal. Exercise increases blood flow... if you are getting numbness, there is something wrong.
