Beginning in the 1930s Germany invaded Czechoslovakia, Poland, France and several other European countries. Japan also invaded China. These countries were occupied and all citizens lost their rights and many lost their lives. This has happened many times in history. The longest occupation ever was Britons Occupation of India (60 years)
