Yes, this year the Penguins don't have a pick until the fourth round.

1st round pick..........Went to Atlanta in the Hossa/Dupuis deal.

2nd round pick.........Went to Toronto on the trade deadline in exchange for Gill.

3rd round pick...........Went to the Phoenix Coyotes due to a trade on February 27, 2007 that sent Daniel Carcillo and this pick to Phoenix in exchange for Georges Laraque.

I think this year the Penguin's don't have a draft pick until the 4th round due to the trades for Hossa (1st round gone), Gill (2nd round gone), and Laraque (3rd round gone).
