  1. The last one,

Wimbledon Final against Nadal in the Final.. that was an awesome match :)

  2. I think the Wimbledon finals............he played very well...but Rafa just played better..........

  3. 2006 and 2007.

  4. Federer played his BEST tennis at the Wimbledon final for sure. He said so himself - "Tried everything"!

That match was of the BEST quality tennis. I'v never seen a better Grand Slam title. It all came down to luck, which Rafa had so he prevailed. :)

  5. I'd have to say Olympic Doubles absolutely.  He was on fire....before that I would have to say Wimbledon....but if you didnt see the Olympics doubles when they won Gold.....you missed a treat!!

    He was phenomenal!!!!

  6. you are correct, that was the last best game of the Fed

  7. You mean to say this year,

I think it was The Wimbledon Final in the third and forth set.For the whole duration of these two sets i just thought" Federer is back "

  8. Definitely the Wimbledon final. It was of the highest quality tennis. Did you not see it? lol Rafa just played better to beat Roger :)!

  9. he played his very best i would say in the 2007 US OPEN final agains't Djovick.. because after that.. he started to go downhill.. nobody has mentioned tha....t after the end of 2007 he did not have his regular form..

aside from that.. he did play a very noteable great match agains't Nadal in the wimbledon final.. because he kept denying and holding off defeat untill finally nadal stepped it up and took it away from him..

  10. i think he played best in wimbledon with nadal even though he lost to that one. sometimes luck is also needed in being great and that's what fed didn't have that night.

  11. he always played his best tennis for the last few tournaments that he entered including the French, Wimbledon, and the Olympics, --however, his best wasn't good enough these days... for there are now younger generations that can easily beat him even if he is playing his best...

  12. You are right.Hope he finds his rhythem so that we can see really beautiful tennis not only robotic games

  13. Olympic doubles final. I haven't seen him play that well for a while

  14. I know that some may disagree, but I really think that the last time he played like his usual self was during wimbledon. Even though he lost, he was dominating that tournament right before that final. Let's remember that he didn't drop a single set until then. But after that, he just made too many errors in the final. It may be from nerves of proving the press wrong but something definitely got to him. I really thought he was back when he cruised through the other rounds of wimbledon.

But that defeat just seemed to leave him crushed in the next tournaments. I mean you think that with a good run like that in a grand slam he'd still be able to win the first round in his next event right? Heck, he'd still be one of the favorites to win the tournament. But it looks like he was left bruised by that defeat.
