Hi,

Strange thing happened today....

Went to write a letter and my favourite pen had ran out of ink

Must be ages I have used a pen to its death

Strange, I had an old pen, and would you belive it, I ran that dry too !! within minutes

Another pen, and another failure .... No INK !!

Thats three pens ran dry within minutes, I could not believe it

Strange that I must have loads of pens, and whats the probability of picking those three ?

Pens are just a throw away item and really taken for granted and wondered if anyone else has run a Ball point pen dry ?

Was going to buy a new refill but the costs, might as well buy a new pen, but got loads of others to use up first !!

Whats your favourite pen, colour ink, ?? would you miss it when it breaks ?

  1. Two seconds ag

  2. Not sure exactly when but earlier l this year and also half way through last year I had a pen that ran out!!!

The one last year ran out in the middle of class (luckily I had spares) and the one that ran out earlier this year ran out when I was at home.

My favourite colour is purple!!! I love the colour purple!!!

I only have one pen and I hardly use it cause I don't want it to run out (kinda silly though cause its gonna run out one day!!!).

If that pen ran out I don't know if I'd miss it but I would probably go out and buy another one. I also like just writing with plain black pens but I have heaps of them!!!

  3. have you got a web cam in my living room? 3 pens today 1 black 1 blue and 1 red just pleased i havn't got a green one.

Thats why I'm on my laptop. Just a long as the electricity holds o......

  4. hahaha ! that sucks, but this rarely happens to me. i lose my pens before using them up

  5. A couple of days ago. Don't know how old it was. I think a visitor left it here. I prefer fine-line felt tips myself. They also run dry after a while or if you leave the cap off.

The probability of picking up a ball point or felt tip which is about to  run dry is directly related to the urgency of taking down a message, especially phone numbers and addresses, either live - 'Can you call me back, my pen just ran out?' or from the answer phone.  The first makes you sound really unprofessional and the second simply means you have to listen to all the  messages again.

  6. Just a few days ago......

I agree that they are now throw away items.  My bank gives them away on a help yourself to as many as you'd like basis.
