When was the last time either version of Miss Utah became Miss America or Miss USA? And if never or not for _

Well, yeah, it seems like Miss Utah (either kind) NEVER becomes Miss USA or Miss America (although I haven't paid attention every year). (Yes, I know they're separate systems.) Why is it always another state? Come on, judges, give Utah the tiara once in a while!

Actually Miss Utah won Miss USA and then went on to win Miss Universe back in the 50s.  Forgot her name.
